Please be advised that the Paseo Westpark Maintenance Association Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Monday, September 14, 2026, has been canceled.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held as follows:

Dear Paseo Westpark Residents,

Please be advised that Taylor Tennis Courts will be replacing the windscreens at the Paseo Westpark tennis courts on September 14 and 15, 2026.

The work is currently scheduled as follows:

• Santa Clara Tennis Courts: Monday, September 14
• Santa Luisa Tennis Courts: Tuesday, September 15

The affected tennis courts will be closed for most of the day while the work is being performed. Residents are asked to please avoid using the courts until the contractor has completed the work and reopened them for play.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation while this maintenance is completed to improve the appearance and condition of the tennis facilities.

As a friendly reminder, the Paseo Westpark tennis courts are open during the following hours at the Santa Clara and Santa Luisa parks:

Sunday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Friday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Management has received reports of residents using the courts after the posted closing times. Please be mindful that the courts are located near neighboring homes, and after-hours play can create noise that disturbs residents in the surrounding area.

We kindly ask all residents and their guests to conclude play and leave the courts by the designated closing time.

Per a recent update to the Association’s Rules & Regulations, the Association will be implementing a new swim lesson reservation system at the Santa Cruz and Santa Clara pool areas. This system will go into effect on Saturday, August 29, 2026. Beginning this date, all residents having swim lessons at the Association’s pool areas must have an approved reservation. Please review the guidelines and reservation information below.

SWIM LESSON GUIDELINES

• Residents may bring a private instructor to a pool area as their guest for one-on-one swim instruction with members of the same household.
• All individuals receiving lessons must be PWMA residents.
• Swim lessons must be scheduled in advance through the Association’s reservation system.
• Each residence may reserve up to two (2) thirty-minute swim lesson sessions per week.
• A maximum of two (2) individuals may receive instruction during a reserved session.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

• Owners and Tenants: Reservations may be made online through the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com  
  • Click on “My Community” — “Calendars & Amenities” — “Create
  • Under “Choose Amenity”, select “Santa Clara or Santa Cruz Pool – Swim Lessons”
  • Fill in required information and click “Create”
• Apartment Residents: Since apartment residents do not have their own Resident Portal account, reservations must be made by contacting Action Property Management directly (similar to how tennis court reservations are made) by calling 949-450-0202 or emailing managerassistanthelp@actionlife.com

Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance. Please be sure to keep your confirmation handy during your lesson, as an Association representative (such as the pool monitor) may ask you to provide proof of a reservation, particularly if there is more than one swim lesson going on at the same time.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the pool areas safe, organized, and enjoyable for all residents. If you have any questions about the new reservation system, please contact Management.

With the summer heat in full swing, we would like to remind residents to take a few moments to evaluate their landscaping and address any seasonal maintenance needs.

Many lawns throughout the community are showing signs of summer stress and may benefit from additional watering, adjustment of irrigation schedules, and/or overseeding as appropriate. Residents who are interested in reducing water usage may also wish to consider replacing natural grass with artificial turf. Please remember that an Architectural Application must be submitted and approved prior to installing artificial turf or making other exterior landscape modifications.

Residents with palm trees are also reminded to regularly remove dead or hanging palm fronds and seed pods. These materials can become a fire hazard when allowed to accumulate and should be removed promptly.
