Notice of Adoption of Revisions to Enforcement & Fine Policy and Rules & Regulations

Revisions to the Association’s Enforcement and Fine Procedures and Rules & Regulations were recently distributed to the membership for your review and comment. The Board of Directors reviewed and considered your comments during the Board meeting held on July 20, 2026. After careful review and consideration, the proposed rule changes were adopted.

The updated documents can be viewed and downloaded any time on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com.

Please note that the swim lesson reservation system referenced in the rules is in the process of being set up and all residents will be notified when it is in effect. Instructions on how to make a reservation will also be provided.
