Insurance Renewal

The Association’s insurance policies renewed with Farmers Insurance effective May 1, 2026. The updated Certificate of Insurance is available for residents on the Resident Portal.

The Association experienced only a 5% increase in insurance premiums this year, which is very favorable given current insurance market conditions throughout California. Many communities have experienced significantly larger premium increases following the major fires last year. The Board and Management will continue working closely with the Association’s insurance professionals to help secure the best available coverage and pricing for the community.
