No Smoking in Pool Areas
| We hope you’re enjoying the summer season and making the most of our community amenities. This is a friendly reminder that smoking is strictly prohibited in and around all pool and spa areas. Recently, cigarette butts have been found in the Santa Cruz pool area which not only violates HOA rules, but also creates an unpleasant and unsafe environment for others. To help keep our shared spaces clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that all residents and their guests adhere to this rule.
