Notice of Adoption of Changes to Pool Hours of Operation

Proposed changes to the Pool Rules were distributed to the membership for review and comment in May and June 2025. The proposed changes were to modify the current hours of operation from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The Board of Directors reviewed and considered your comments during the Board meeting held on July 28, 2025. After careful review and consideration, the proposed revision to the pool hours of operation were adopted.

The signs at the pool areas currently reflect the 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. hours of operation and are in the process of being updated. To prevent confusion, the new hours of operation will go into effect once the signage is changed. However, the fob access system has been updated so that residents can now enter the pool areas as soon as 6:00 a.m. Once the signage is updated, Management will notify residents that the new closing time of 10:00 p.m. is in effect.
