Notice of Adoption of Changes to Recreation Facility Reservation Rules and Property Improvement Form

In accordance with California Civil Code Section 4360(a), the Board of Directors hereby provides you with notice of adoption of the changes to the Rules and Regulations, as previously noticed and adopted by the Board of Directors at its open session meeting on March 24, 2025. The rule changes are effective as of the date of this notice. The updated Rules and Regulations, Recreation Facility Reservation Application and Property Improvement Form can be viewed at anytime on the Resident Portal.

The Board of Directors meetings are held on the 4th Monday of the month, with a Regular (open) and Executive (closed) Session meeting being held in the odd numbered months, and an Executive (closed) Session meeting being held in the even numbered months.

The meetings in the even numbered months where just an Executive (closed) Session is being held are held entirely via Zoom.

The meetings in the odd numbered months where a Regular (open) and Executive (closed) Session are being held are in person at the Santa Rosa Apartment’s recreation room, located at 500 Cardiff, Irvine, 92606.
