Irvine Open Streets Event – May 4, 2024

The City of Irvine will be holding an Open Streets Event called “CicloIrvine” along Barranca Parkway and Harvard Avenue on Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 11 AM to 4 PM. CicloIrvine will promote community engagement,    sustainability, and environmentally conscious means of travel with nearly two miles of City streets closed to cars and open for people to stroll, bike, and roll! There will be live music, art, and engaging activities for residents to enjoy.

During this time, Barranca will be closed to vehicle traffic, but the parallel arterials and the streets crossing Barranca will be open.  Street closures will begin at 7 AM and last until 6:30 PM. There will be no street parking along the route, which will be closed to car traffic from 10 AM to 6 PM (approximately) for the event. Most driveways along the route will be closed as well from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please look out for signs to indicate driving detours.
