Assessment Increase Notice

The 2024 Annual Budget Report and Policy Statement was distributed at the end of February. This document includes important information that is required to be disclosed to homeowners on an annual basis per Civil Code.
After careful review of the Association’s finances and projected expenditures, the Board has determined that an increase in assessments is required. A detailed explanation for the increase was included in the Assessment Increase Notice.
The assessments will increase to $82.00 per month effective April 1, 2024. If you utilize automatic payment with your bank, please make the adjustment to avoid late fees and penalties. If you utilize automatic payment through the Resident Portal, the adjustment will be made automatically on April 1, 2024. It is highly recommended that you set up automatic payments on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com to ensure that your payments are always received on time. This service is free of charge and is preferable to using your bank, as the assessment amount will always be automatically adjusted whenever it changes. Furthermore, the bank sends a check for the monthly payments, which still can get lost or delayed in the mail.
