Santa Cruz Spa is Open For Use!

We are happy to report that the Santa Cruz spa passed inspection today and is now open for use. Please note there is some yellowing in the plaster caused by stagnant water in the equipment that will be addressed by the vendor.

The Board of Directors meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month, with a Regular (open) and Executive (closed) Session meeting being held in the odd numbered months, and an Executive (closed) Session meeting being held in the even numbered months.

The meetings in the even numbered months where just an Executive (closed) Session is being held are held entirely via Zoom.

The meetings in the odd numbered months where a Regular (open) and Executive (closed) Session are being held are in person at the Santa Rosa Apartment’s recreation room, located at 500 Cardiff, Irvine, 92606.
