Santa Cruz Pool Area Reopening Update

The final inspection for the Santa Cruz pool, wader and spa replastering was done with the County inspector today. The pool and wader passed inspection, but there is an issue that needs to be resolved with the spa and it will need to be reinspected at a later date.

The County inspector agreed to a workaround solution that will allow the Association to open the pool area so residents can use the pool and wader. The spa will need to have a barrier installed around it so it is not used until it passes the reinspection. The Association’s maintenance vendor will be working on installing the barriers tomorrow, June 28th. The inspector will review the barriers and allow the Association to open the pool area if they are determined to be acceptable. .
