Assessment Increase Effective April 1, 2023

After careful review of the Association’s finances and projected expenditures, the Board has determined that an increase in assessments is required. A detailed explanation for the increase is included in the Assessment Increase Notice that was distributed to all owners in February 2023.

If you utilize automatic payment through the Resident Portal, the adjustment will be made automatically on April 1, 2023. It is highly recommended that you set up automatic payments on the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com to ensure that your payments are always received on time.  This service is free of charge and is preferable to using your bank, as the assessment amount will always be automatically adjusted whenever it changes.  Furthermore, the bank sends a check for the monthly payments, which still can get lost or delayed in the mail.
