Canary Island Palm Replacement Scheduled

Bemus Landscape will be replacing the two (2) dead and dying Canary Island palms on the corners of Culver and Barranca and Hearthstone and Irvine Center Drive (north) the week of December 12, 2022. The work should be concluded by the end of the week.

The Board of Directors meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month, with a Regular (open) and Executive (closed) Session meeting being held in the odd numbered months, and an Executive (closed) Session meeting being held in the even numbered months.

The meetings in the even numbered months where just an Executive (closed) Session is being held are held entirely via Zoom.

The meetings in the odd numbered months where a Regular (open) and Executive (closed) Session are being held are in person at the Santa Rosa Apartment’s recreation room, located at 500 Cardiff, Irvine, 92606.
