Happy Thanksgiving!

The Paseo Westpark Maintenance Association and Action Property Management would like to wish all Paseo Westpark residents a Happy Thanksgiving! As a reminder, Action Property Management’s office will be closed on Thursday, November 24th, and Friday, November 25th, in observance of the holiday. To report emergency maintenance issues while the office is closed, please call 949-450-0202.

The Board of Directors meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month, with a Regular (open) and Executive (closed) Session meeting being held in the odd numbered months, and an Executive (closed) Session meeting being held in the even numbered months.

The meetings in the even numbered months where just an Executive (closed) Session is being held are held entirely via Zoom.

The meetings in the odd numbered months where a Regular (open) and Executive (closed) Session are being held are in person at the Santa Rosa Apartment’s recreation room, located at 500 Cardiff, Irvine, 92606.
