Spa Emergency Shut Off Switch

It has been observed that someone is repeatedly turning the emergency switch for the spa off in the Santa Clara spa. This immediately shuts down power to the jets and heater and should only be used in the event of an emergency. Please be sure to only use this switch as it is intended to ensure the spa jets and heater function properly.

The Board of Directors meetings are held on the 4th Monday of the month, with a Regular (open) and Executive (closed) Session meeting being held in the odd numbered months, and an Executive (closed) Session meeting being held in the even numbered months.

The meetings in the even numbered months where just an Executive (closed) Session is being held are held entirely via Zoom.

The meetings in the odd numbered months where a Regular (open) and Executive (closed) Session are being held are in person at the Santa Rosa Apartment’s recreation room, located at 500 Cardiff, Irvine, 92606.
