Proposed Rule Changes

At the May 23, 2022 meeting, the Board of Directors proposed revisions to the following documents, which are being distributed to the membership for comment per Civil Code:

Proposed revisions to the Architectural Committee Rules and Design Guidelines

Proposed revisions to the Property Improvement Form

Approved Paint Color Schemes (includes original and updated schemes)

Approved Plant Palette

Proposed revisions to the Tennis Court Rules

Proposed revisions to the Pool Rules

The documents are also available to view and download on the Association’s website at https://paseowestpark.org/documents/general/. Please submit your written comments no later than July 25, 2022, so they can be considered at the Board meeting that evening at 6:00 p.m. at the Santa Rosa Apartments Recreation Room. You are also welcome to attend the meeting to voice your comments during the Open Forum.
