Tennis Court Reservations

The Board of Directors recently instated a new reservation system for the Association’s five (5) tennis courts. Priority for use of the courts is given to residents who have a reservation. The reservations can be made online through the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com.

Currently, all owners have the ability to register for a Resident Portal account and make reservations. All tenants now have the ability to register for an account to make a tennis court reservation as well. In order to set up an account for a tenant, the owner must register their tenant with the Association’s management company, Action Property Management. After the owner has registered the tenant, the tenant may contact Action to be set up with a Resident Portal account.

Owners may register their tenants by completing the Tenant Registration Form and returning it to Action Property Management.

Tenants will also be able to access important Association documents, such as the CC&Rs and Rules and Regulations, on the Portal once their account has been set up.
