Pool Closure Update
Residents were notified last week that Paseo Westpark has contracted with Blue Balance to replace the mastic in the pool areas. This will require that the pool areas be shut down for 5 days in order to allow the mastic to dry. The Santa Clara pool has been completed as of Friday, April 22nd, and is now reopened. The Santa Cruz Pool will be closed on the following dates to complete the mastic replacement:

CLOSED MONDAY, APRIL 25TH – FRIDAY, APRIL 29TH
The Santa Cruz pool area will be reopened by the following weekend provided that the mastic has adequately cured. The pool area may not be accessed at all while the mastic is drying. The gates will be chained and locked. Any resident caught entering the pool area will be called to a hearing and fined, and will be held financially responsible for any damage done to the mastic.
There will be additional security checks being made throughout next week to ensure that no one is in the pool area. If you see trespassers, please call Action Property Management right away at (949) 450-0202 to report it so that the patrol service can be dispatched to remove them from the pool area. Your assistance is appreciated in preventing additional costs to repair damage to the mastic, which all Paseo Westpark members contribute to.
